In my gardenand woods, I grow the plant materials used in creating each of my artworks. Because Minnow & Leaf represents the transitional season of spring, I have chosen a landscape where water and land meet, alluding to the falling away of winter. The sky is animated with reds, pinks, and oranges, expressing the freshness and energy of this season of awakening and rebirth.
