I am interested in merging my formal art training with quilting techniques to explore the inner life through textile art. Drawing and painting on fabric, printing and sometimes digital imagery on textiles are some of the tools I use to produce imagery, most often figurative in nature. Recently I have also been working in a more abstract style. Creating mood and a communication of emotion to the viewer is important to me. Dream and meditation images inspire much of my work.
